Online therapy is an alternative form of therapy through telehealth services. This is a growing trend with people seeking out mental health services outside of traditional in-person settings. The popularity of online therapy is also occasioned by the COVID-19 pandemic. There are many benefits to online therapy, such as ease of access and quicker turnaround times; however, most people still prefer the traditional face-to-face settings.
